  1. Use of the Site

This site is provided to you free of charge for your use subject to these terms. By using the site you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to make changes to the site (or any part of it) without reference to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you for any such change.  We also reserve the right to amend these terms of use.  If you do not wish to accept the new terms you should not continue to use the site.  If you do so, your use of the site indicates your agreement to be bound by the new terms.

We may provide links to other web sites from time to time. Any such link is not an endorsement of such a website and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of and the content of other web sites.

  1. Intellectual Property

4.1 You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material on the site, the site design and structure and all software connected with the site shall remain at all times the property of us or our licensors.

4.2. You may not reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for any purpose any of the material contained within the site without our express written permission.

  1. Alterations and Corrections

You will be responsible for ensuring that all details appearing in the design are correct, and by placing your order you confirm that you understand there will be no opportunity for correcting any errors or making any alterations once you have submitted your design to us, by clicking the COMPLETE MY ORDER button. We cannot accept any responsibility for your own errors when inputting details such as telephone numbers, postcodes etc.

  1. Colour variations

The colours of your design as they appear on your screen are only intended as a guide. For technical reasons the colours of the product which we print will not exactly match the colours on your screen.

  1. Delivery of goods to you

7.1 We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.

7.2 Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of your order.

7.3 You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

  1. Limitation Of Liability and Indemnity

8.1 Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or as expressly provided in these terms, we shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of our contract with you, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by the negligence of ourselves, our servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with our transaction with you and our entire liability under or in connection with our contract with you shall not exceed the total amount charged for the items which you order.  Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

8.2 If you choose to access this site from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

8.3 You will indemnify us against all losses, liabilities, costs and expenses reasonably suffered or incurred by us, all damages awarded against us under any judgment by a court of competent jurisdiction and all settlements sums paid by us as a result of any settlement agreed by us arising out of or in connection with:

  • any claim by any third party that the use of the site by you is defamatory, offensive or abusive, or of an obscene or pornographic nature, or is illegal or constitutes a breach of any applicable law, regulation or code of practice;
  • any claim by any third party that the use of the site or any material used or downloaded by you infringes that third party’s copyright or other intellectual property rights of whatever nature; and
  • any fines or penalties imposed by any regulatory, advertising or trading body or authority in connection with the use of the site by you.

In particular, we disclaim all liabilities in connection with the following:

  • loss of material uploaded
  • incompatibility of the site with any of your equipment, software or telecommunications links
  • technical problems including errors or interruptions of the site
  • unsuitability, unreliability or inaccuracy of the site
  1. Events beyond our control

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion, or accident.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy. The Data Protection Act requires us to advise you that your particulars are held on our database.  We may from time to time use these details to send you information which we think may be of interest to you.

  1. Third party rights

A person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement, but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.

  1. Entire agreement

These terms and conditions together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details, and privacy policy set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any salesperson on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

  1. General

13.1 You may not assign, sub-licence or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms of use.

13.2 Each provision of these terms of use shall be construed separately and independently of each other and the invalidity of any one term shall not affect the validity of any other term.

  1. Applicable Law

These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
