Where is my order?
A: To check the status of your order, please visit the order tracking section of the website, which can be found in the menu options located at the top of the VIP website. Your order status is updated at each step of the process and will state once completed.
Can you transfer my old designs to the new VIP website?
A: Yes we can. Please let us know which designs you wish to be transferred onto your new account by emailing vip.support@virbac.co.uk.

How can I re-order previously ordered items?
A: To re-order, please visit ‘Order Tracking’ located in the main bar across the top of the website, or ‘My Orders’ which can be found in the ‘My Account’ section. Find what you wish to re-order and then click ‘More details’ followed by the blue re-order button.
